About Sonoma County Vet Connect
Bringing Veterans’ Services to our Communities
Sonoma County Vet Connect is a partnership of veteran volunteers and providers of veterans' services, creating a bridge between veterans in local communities and governmental and non-governmental service providers.
Across the county, half-day clinics take place - monthly in Guerneville, Petaluma, and Sonoma, - and weekly in Santa Rosa.
We are here to serve all military veterans and their families, from the recently returned to the retirees, including those who have served in combat and in peacetime, and regardless of the character of discharge.
We provide a one-stop resource for information, assistance and referral regarding
veterans’ benefits,
VA health care,
counseling for veterans and their families, and
housing and employment counseling.
If you are a family member concerned about the emotional or physical
health of a veteran, you are welcome.

Mission Statement
Sonoma County Vet Connect is an apolitical, not-for-profit partnership between
a committee of veteran volunteers, federal, state and local government agencies, and select non-profit community organizations. Our sole purpose is to provide outreach to former military service members and their families, and to assist those persons in gaining access to services and benefits due them as a result of their service to our country.
